Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:

$20/hr for the first 3 months Increase to $21/hr based on performance

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break We are currently hiring a Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume customer calls and emails Provide excellent customer service and support Perform data entry and update records accurately Coordinate and dispatch information efficiently Assist with general office and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary — training provided Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable attendance
