CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING COORDINATOR

We specialize in high-end lifelike trees, grass, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants for designers, nurseries, department stores, contractors and many other industries.

What We Seek:

A versatile and organized Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to bridge the gap between our shipping operations and clients.

What you will be doing:

Customer Support (approx. 50%) Act as the point of contact for customers via phone and email. Process incoming orders accurately and provide timely status updates. Resolve customer issues regarding late shipments, damaged goods, or returns. Provide product information and guidance to assist customers in their purchasing. Shipping & Logistics (approx. 50%) Pick merchandise from the warehouse to fill orders. Pack orders on pallets or in cartons for shipping. Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, Bills of Lading. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Communicate shipping status with customers. Warehouse maintenance such as showroom updates, inventory counts, product inspections and movements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1 year experience in a logistics or warehouse environment. 1 year experience in operating forklifts and high-lift-pickers. Ability to lift up-to 50 LB on occasion. Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills. Attention to details.
