| K&S Carriers & Logistics K&S Carriers runs OTR, regional, and local trucking routes across North America. We're growing fast and need a dispatcher who can keep drivers moving, loads covered, and operations running without a hitch. This isn't a sit-back-and-wait role. You'll be in constant communication with drivers, load planners, and internal teams — solving problems in real time and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build strong, trust-based relationships with drivers — be the person they can count on when things go sideways Maximize driver productivity and help hit monthly mileage targets Plan and manage routes while protecting driver home time Coordinate with load planners, service teams, and operations to keep freight moving smoothly Communicate clearly and quickly across phone, text, email, and TMS platforms Anticipate problems before they become crises and resolve issues fast when they do

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain dispatching — OTR experience is a strong plus Comfortable working with TMS software and juggling multiple communication channels at once A natural relationship-builder who works well with different personalities under pressure Strong multitasker who can manage competing priorities without losing composure Solutions-first mindset — you don't wait to be told, you figure it out Clear, direct communicator — drivers and internal teams should always know where things stand
