Position Summary:

Wrangler Trucking LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Service Work Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating the scheduling and routing vacuum truck drivers on day shift to ensure timely and efficient service work jobs are complete to the customers liking. The Dispatcher will play a critical role in maintaining communication between workers, customers, and management while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers to various oilfield locations. Maintain up-to-date dispatch logs, trip tickets, and driver schedules. Monitor truck locations and communicate with drivers to ensure on-time service. Adjust dispatch schedules as needed due to weather, equipment issues, or customer requests. Ensure drivers are compliant with DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with disposal sites and field personnel. Use dispatch software to track operations and provide accurate job data for billing. Coordinate with maintenance regarding vehicle readiness. Handle emergency calls and respond to incidents promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience dispatching in oilfield or trucking environment preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Working knowledge of DOT compliance and trucking regulations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking systems. Must be dependable and able to work independently or with a team.

Work Schedule:

12 hour shifts 5am - 5pm or 5pm - 5am Located in
