Job Summary Wrangler Trucking LLC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Saltwater Dispatchers to join our dynamic team for both day and night shifts. In this vital role, you will coordinate the dispatching of saltwater hauling operations, ensuring efficient routing, timely deliveries, and seamless communication between drivers, clients, and management. Duties Coordinate daily dispatch activities for saltwater hauling trucks, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols Utilize transportation management systems, to plan routes and monitor fleet movements Communicate effectively with drivers via multi-line phone providing clear instructions and real-time updates Manage freight documentation, and data entry tasks. Monitor fleet management logistics or scheduling disruptions Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professional communication with clients, drivers, vendors, and internal teams Support shipping & receiving operations by coordinating loads, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards Experience Proven experience in dispatching within transportation or logistics industries; familiarity with saltwater hauling is a plus Strong understanding of transportation planning, supply chain management, and freight operations Excellent analysis skills to interpret transportation data and improve operational workflows Strong communication skills coupled with effective phone etiquette to coordinate seamlessly across teams Join us as a Saltwater Dispatcher where your energy fuels our operations!
