Dispatcher/Customer Service

Dispatcher coordinates and oversees the daily scheduling, routing, and communication of drivers transporting hazardous chemical products . This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient movement of chemical loads while maintaining constant communication with drivers, customers, and plant operations. Schedule and assign chemical tanker, hazmat‑certified drivers. Monitor driver progress, adjust for delays, weather, or customer changes. Ensure loads are dispatched according to DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards. Coordinate loading/unloading times with chemical plants, terminals, and customers.
