Summary As a Site Manager at Winix, you will oversee operations at our facility, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality output. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to innovation and excellence while fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategy for operational management to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget requirements.
  • Monitor, measure, and report to top management on operational issues, opportunities, improvement plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timeframes.
  • Manage and coordinate all shipping and receiving operations efficiently.
  • Oversee customer return processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff and temp associates, including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating, setting, and adjusting of pay rates and hours of work, handling team member complaints and grievances, disciplining team members, planning and directing the work of team members.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control using ERP systems (e.g., Sage or SAP).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization to forecast equipment and material needs.
  • Handle procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment, including vendor comparison and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal company procedures and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employee hours of service regulations, including monitoring shifts and ensuring sufficient rest periods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant industry requirements.
  • Coordinate responses to any governmental or customer deficiencies.
  • Report and investigate all accidents.
  • Lead site budget planning and manage / control site expenditures including the usages of labor, supplies, and asset purchases to ensure P&L standards are met
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL at a managerial level.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
  • Strong leadership in health and safety practices.
  • Solid understanding of warehousing methodologies, RF scanners, and inventory processes.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Sage or SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and accurate data entry skills. Highly Desired
  • Experience with shipments to/ from Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart and others.
  • Bilingual in 'English' and 'Korean or Spanish' or Trilingual in all three
  • Sage ERP experience
  • Forklift operation skills/ certificate
