Job Description
(not just any) District Manager The District Manager is the most important role in our organization. We believe that we are creating something amazing and the foundation of a great company is its people. Our DMs are the quarterbacks of our team responsible for pulling the their team together, inspiring them and being willing to run the ball when the play requires it. Our DMs strive to work hard, build solid teams, learn the best technology, and seek for efficiency the work gets done in half the time and have more time and flexibility to live life. They are key to hiring, inspiring and leveling up their team for success. They know what makes a successful business, make judgement calls with the highest success rate, and own their results. This industry is interesting and ever changing, we love it. It would be impossible to build a comprehensive list of activities, and that's what makes this role exciting.
