Banquet Assistant Manager - Sheraton Springfield Hotel Join the dynamic team at Sheraton Springfield Hotel as a Banquet Assistant Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional event experiences. We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to support our banquet operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Banquet Manager in coordinating and supervising banquet events from setup to breakdown Ensure all banquet functions are executed according to client specifications and hotel standards Oversee banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service Monitor event timelines and logistics to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with culinary and service teams to meet guest expectations Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations in banquet areas Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
Skills and Qualifications:
