  • District Manager
  • Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Dunkin'?
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused District Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our Dunkin' network in [Location]. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales growth across multiple Dunkin' locations in your district.

  • Provide training and support to Store Managers and their teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance. 6.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain Dunkin' quality standards for products and service across all locations, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer experiences. 7.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels, supply orders, and distribution to ensure product availability and minimize waste. 8.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Dunkin' franchise requirements. 9.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in multi-unit management within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial acumen and budget management experience. A passion for Dunkin' and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to travel within the district as needed.
