We are hiring a motivated, energetic, organized Clinic Experience Specialist to support our patient care, scheduling, and clinic flow. No chiropractic experience is required—we train the right person. Who We're Looking For You don't need prior medical experience—we hire for energy, attitude, hustle and then we train for skill. What You'll Do You'll be part of the heartbeat of the clinic, helping patients feel welcome, supported, and cared for.

Responsibilities will include:

Greeting / Assisting / Serving patients throughout their visit Creating Surprise and Wow Scheduling / Managing clinic flow Preparing Clinic to Serve our clients Assisting doctors during exams and therapies Documenting visits, services, and point-of-service charges Supporting check-in/check-out, payments, and communication Verifying insurance and assisting with billing tasks (training provided) Using EHR/chiropractic software and Microsoft-based systems Completing documentation and follow-up tasks during non-patient time Each day is structured with clear priorities, checklists, and support , so you always know what success looks like.
