  Temporary-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity AppleOne is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for a Document Specialist opportunity in Parma, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, hands-on work in a team-oriented environment. Position Responsibilities
• Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning
• Assist with document scanning and occasional glass-copying tasks
• Perform general clerical and document-processing duties
• Move, organize, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Lift materials ranging from 10-50 lbs as needed Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Comfortable standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the workday
• Must comply with security policies regarding personal electronic devices Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)
• Business casual attire required
• Jeans permitted if they are clean and without tears
• Closed-toe shoes required (No Crocs)
• No leggings, gym/activewear, or clothing with offensive or political graphics Work Environment & Perks
