Duties Supervise and interact with dogs during daycare sessions, ensuring they are engaged, happy, and safe at all times Assist with dog training exercises to promote good behavior and socialization skills Handle dogs safely using proper animal restraint techniques and animal handling skills Perform pet grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and basic trimming to keep animals clean and comfortable. (If needed) Provide pet sitting services, including feeding, administering medication, and monitoring health status Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Observe animals closely for signs of illness or distress and communicate concerns promptly to veterinary staff or management Qualifications Prior experience in kennel operations, or animal handling is highly preferred, but not required. Ability to handle multiple dogs safely while demonstrating patience and compassion Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Physical capability for heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods during busy shifts.
