salon features top of the line grooming equipment; from tables that are fully electric, have in-table storage drawers, and built in table lighting to help see the undercarriage of those dark breeds of dogs, we strive to provide the best for our team. Candidates must have a passion for animals and possess the skills necessary to provide exceptional grooming services to dogs of all breeds and sizes. At Earthwise Pet, Pets Are Family. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs. We prefer that our groomers don't need to bathe, as we have full-time bathing staff. This way groomers can focus specifically on their craft:

Assess the condition of dogs' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming area to ensure the comfort and safety of our dogs. Communicate effectively with dog owners regarding their pet's grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming sessions. Handle animals with care, using proper animal restraint techniques to ensure safety for both the pet and the groomer. Provide additional services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing as needed. Pay 50% commission, 100% of your tips PLUS an annual bonus! Experience Must have professional grooming experience. Experience of more than 1 year is preferred, but not mandatory. Familiarity with animal care practices, including knowledge of various breeds' grooming requirements. Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger animals or equipment. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with both pets and their owners.
