Starting at $15.00 - $17.00/hour and plenty of room for growth. Earning Potential There is an introductory apprentice trainer period that all trainers go through before an increase in hourly wage. During this time all trainers are educated and evaluated on several aspects of the dog training world. Once the introductory period is complete, employees are eligible for an increase in hourly wage.
