Mandatory Requirement:

This role is strictly for CDVI System Programming . We are not seeking installers. If you do not have specific experience programming CDVI main controllers, please do not apply. Project Overview We are looking for a specialized Independent Contractor (1099) to support a specific project focused on the programming and configuration of a CDVI door access system. The hardware will be in place; we require an expert to support in programming the main controller and ensure the system is fully operational and integrated correctly. Key Responsibilities

• Advanced programming of the CDVI main controller and associated access points. Software configuration and database setup within the CDVI environment.
• Ensuring seamless communication between the access control system and the fire alarm system (life-safety integration).
• Technical troubleshooting of system logic and communication paths.

Providing high-quality, efficient execution of the programming phase.

Requirements & Qualifications Specific Expertise:

Direct, verifiable experience programming CDVI systems is mandatory.

Systems Knowledge:

Understanding of how door access logic ties into fire alarm system triggers.

Insurance:

Must provide proof of General Liability Insurance.

Certification:

OSHA 10 is a strong plus.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation.

Efficiency:

Ability to work independently and provide clean, high-quality results.

Schedule & Availability Timeline:

Estimated 2-4 weeks.

Flexibility:

Hours may vary significantly (from a few hours to 10-hour days).

Shift:
