We focus on innovative, healthy, perishable, local, and emerging brands that require incubation. We're looking for reliable, safety-focused Driver Helpers to support our delivery drivers. If you enjoy hands-on work, can lift and move product safely, and take pride in providing great service, this role is for you. What You'll Do Assist the driver with daily delivery routes out of Bayonne, NJ Load and unload box trucks using a pallet jack Help deliver product to retail and warehouse customers Lift, carry, and stack cases as needed at stops Verify orders, obtain signatures, and support accurate delivery documentation Provide excellent service to our retail and warehouse customers Follow all safety rules and support safe driving practices (spotting, backing assistance when needed) What You'll Need Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs; able to bend, stretch, twist, push, and pull. Professional attitude and commitment to safety Technical ability to use the company's Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and routing apps. Availability to work up to 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday).

must be able to read and speak English well enough to converse with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records, as required by 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2).
