Full Job Description About Us:
AgForce Drone Services is a local, veteran- and farmer-owned business providing precision aerial application for agriculture. We help farmers improve efficiency and results through cutting-edge drone technology and practical field experience.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to support daily drone spraying operations. This role is critical to keeping jobs running efficiently—handling chemical mixing, tank refills, and on-the-ground logistics while the pilot focuses on flying. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work, agriculture, and being part of a fast-growing industry, this is a great opportunity to get in early with a company on the rise.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and handle agricultural chemicals safely and accurately Fill and maintain drone spray tanks during operations Assist with loading/unloading equipment and job site setup Monitor inventory of chemicals, water, and supplies Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment Communicate with pilot to ensure efficient job flow Follow all safety procedures and label requirements
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly Basic understanding of agriculture or chemicals (preferred, not required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to follow directions and safety protocols closely Preferred (but not required): Experience in farming, ag retail, or spraying operations Familiarity with herbicides, adjuvants, and mixing procedures Interest in drones or precision agriculture
Compensation & Perks:
