Responsibilities Operate dry cleaning presses and finishing equipment efficiently to produce high-quality pressed garments. Inspect clothing items for wrinkles, stains, or defects before pressing, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when working with pressing machinery and chemicals. Assist customers with garment inquiries and provide friendly, attentive service during pickup and drop-off. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of supplies. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during transactions at the point of sale. Keep detailed records of completed work, customer requests, and transaction logs for accountability. Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is highly preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong understanding of cleaning processes, garment care, and fabric types. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measurements.
