What They're Looking For:

5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience Experience with projects ranging $3-5MM Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and acoustical ceilings Ability to prepare detailed takeoffs, bids, and proposals Experience working with general contractors and managing bid processes Proficiency with estimating software such as OST, QuickBid, or similar
