You will manage a designated territory, delivering products to established accounts like [grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants] while actively identifying opportunities to grow our market share. This role is a hybrid of sales strategy, customer service, and physical delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage & Grow Accounts:
Visit all assigned accounts on a daily/weekly schedule to maintain relationships and upsell our beverage catalog.Delivery & Merchandising:
Safely transport and unload products using company vehicles and hand carts. Ensure displays are stocked, clean, and positioned for maximum visibility.Identify New Opportunities:
Prospect and open new accounts within your territory to expand distribution.Inventory Management:
Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor expiration dates, and rotate products to ensure freshness.Administrative Tasks:
Accurately process orders, collect payments, and submit daily sales reports using [specific software, e.g., HubSpot or Encompass].Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional efforts.Requirements Driving Credentials:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Physical Stamina:
Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull beverage cases (up to 50 lbs) throughout the day.Experience:
1-3 years of sales or delivery experience preferred, specifically in the food and beverage industry.Communication Skills:
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer types.Education:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing is a plus.What We Offer Competitive Pay:
