DSP (Direct Support Professional)

We are looking for a few responsible & reliable individuals to join our residential team! Currently we have positions open for 1st & 2nd shifts. Weekend shifts pay an extra $2! All are located in South Bend.

• We have full-time or part-time positions available, with a set schedule
• Our DSPs play a vital role in providing a family environment for the individuals with disabilities that we serve. We are looking for people who can mentor and teach people to gain independence in their daily living skills. A few things that are important to us:
• All individuals we serve will be treated with dignity and respect
• We all work as a team to provide the highest quality level of care
• We ensure the safety of the individuals we serve
• We provide transportation to activities that are important to the individuals we serve, such as community events, jobs, etc.
• Cooking, cleaning and assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living is required A couple things we require:
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have a driver's license
• Must pass driving record/background check requirements

Job Types:
