DSP (Direct Support Professional)

$1,000/$500 (FT/PT) New Employee Bonus over first year of employment. Overtime after 40 Hours. Get Paid for Sleep Hours. $17.00 - 18.30 per hour; Experience, training, and willingness to accept additional responsibilities determine pay rate. ISS assists individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities in Carey. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served. Hours available Monday - Friday on second and third shift as well as all shifts on weekends. All 3rd shifts are sleep shifts. 2nd shifts are typically in combination with 2nd shift. Every other weekend (Sunday) is a requirement. Experience working with developmental disabilities is not required, however, DSP applicants must: have a caring, positive attitude be 21 years of age or older have a high school diploma/GED pass random drug screens Clean record Good driving record Part-time positions are available with overtime potential.
