DTF Printer/Presser

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Printer and presser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production design and a person who can multitask. As a production specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while ensuring that all designs meet the specifications and standards of our clients. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate DTF printing equipment to produce designs on various materials. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications. Prepare prints and pressing logos on garments, ensuring proper color matching and consistency. Monitor the printing process to maintain quality control and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area and equipment. Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to improve efficiency and quality. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing. Qualifications Proficiency in production design, with experience in visual design principles. Familiarity with Corel Draw and basic computer skills. Knowledge of software such as Adobe After Effects, Sketchup, or other relevant design tools. Good work ethic and ability to operate a heat press. Strong eye for detail and creativity. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
