Position Overview Athena Compounding is seeking a Staff Fulfillment Pharmacist to support our growing pharmacy operations. This role is focused on traditional retail pharmacy services and does not involve compounding. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities No previous compounding experience required Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications in compliance with all state and federal regulations Provide patient counseling on medications, including proper use, side effects, and interactions Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff during assigned shifts Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing Communicate effectively with prescribers regarding clarifications, refill requests, and therapy optimization Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment Qualifications Active Pharmacist license in the State of Georgia, in good standing Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and applicable regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Experience with pharmacy management systems (PioneerRx preferred, but not required) Schedule 32 or 40 hours based on candidate preference. Pharmacy is open Monday•Friday 9:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays Flexible scheduling options available Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Pay:

$56.00•$60.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0•40.0 per week
