Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care. Deliver customized skincare treatments such as facials, exfoliations, and skin rejuvenation procedures tailored to individual client needs. Provide head spa therapies that include scalp massages, hair treatments, and relaxation techniques to promote scalp health and stress relief. Conduct therapeutic massage sessions utilizing techniques like deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities aimed at pain management and muscle relaxation. Assess clients' needs through patient service and evaluation, recommending appropriate treatments based on physiology knowledge and medical terminology understanding. Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols at all times. Educate clients on self-care routines and product recommendations to enhance their ongoing wellness journey. Requirements Hold valid dual licenses in cosmetology (nail technician or esthetician) and massage therapy or head spa therapy; additional certifications in medical massage or therapeutic modalities are a plus. Demonstrate strong patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. Possess comprehensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to skin health and bodywork therapies. Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, or pain management techniques preferred; background in med spa environments is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust and loyalty. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of occupational health and safety practices.
