Dump Truck Driver

Duties Operate dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers to transport construction materials, freight, or waste across designated routes. Load and unload cargo efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods. Drive route driving assignments with precision, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and load records for accountability. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Assist with securing loads on flatbeds or refrigerated trailers when necessary to ensure safe transit. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving, especially with dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or freight delivery vehicles. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and the operation of refrigerated trailers or flatbeds is preferred. Ability to load & unload cargo safely using forklifts or manual handling techniques. Knowledge of route planning and navigation to optimize delivery efficiency. Experience with tanker or roll-off trucks is a plus but not mandatory.
