What You'll Be Doing:

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, identifying and communicating errors before purchasing material Assemble and fit custom stainless-steel components to exact specifications Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets high fabrication standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members and assist with other shop tasks as needed

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Strong layout, measurement, and precision fitting skills Experience working with food-grade or high-finish stainless steel (highly desirable) Proficiency with fabrication tools, machinery, and measurement instruments Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Able to work independently and as part of a team Safety-conscious with a solid work ethic
