• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be multilingual, and have a solid understanding of logistics and operational procedures. This role requires effective time management and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate logistics to optimize workflow and enhance service efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead training sessions for new employees, emphasizing safety protocols and operational excellence. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety. Requirements Machinery Experience a MUST Floor Tech Experience Carpet Extraction Experience Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing teams. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
