Position OverviewThe Dyslexia Paraprofessional will provide targeted support to students identified with characteristics of dyslexia, working under the direction of a licensed teacher to implement structured literacy interventions and support student growth. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in delivering dyslexia intervention programs and structured literacy instructionWork with students individually and in small groupsSupport progress monitoring and data collectionHelp maintain a structured, supportive, and encouraging learning environmentCollaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with students preferredKnowledge of dyslexia or willingness to be trained in structured literacy approachesStrong communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to student success and growth Why Join Caddo Hills?
