Position Overview We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to lead and build our online sales channel for Chilly Water and Chilly Water merchandise . This is a unique opportunity to build an e-commerce department from the ground up , owning strategy, execution, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, understands both digital marketing and fulfillment operations , and is excited to scale a brand's online presence from the early stages. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Strategy & Growth Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth Identify opportunities to expand digital sales channels and improve conversion rates Build and scale the online presence of the Chilly Water brand Website & Platform Management Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Woo Commerce, Stripe, Square, TikTok Shop, and others) Ensure a seamless, user-friendly customer experience across all digital storefronts Continuously improve site performance, functionality, and conversion optimization Amazon & Fulfillment Oversight Manage Amazon account, listings, and fulfillment operations Establish and oversee shipping and fulfillment processes from the ground up Ensure efficient order processing, inventory coordination, and delivery performance Digital Marketing & Content Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights (Optional) Create engaging content aligned with brand messaging and audience engagement Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior Use analytics tools to inform decisions and improve ROI Report on performance metrics and growth opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging Align marketing, operations, and product strategies Innovation & Growth Leadership Stay current on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices Lead the development of this department, with the opportunity to hire and build a team as growth demands Qualifications Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales management Demonstrated track record in shipping fulfillment and order operations Strong understanding of online sales strategies and conversion optimization Experience with platforms such as Square, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or similar Proficiency in analytics tools and performance tracking Strong communication and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems and processes from scratch Bonus (Not Required): Experience with content creation, branding, or graphic design Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools What Makes This Role Unique Opportunity to build and lead an e-commerce division from the ground up Direct impact on a growing consumer brand ( Chilly Water ) High level of ownership, autonomy, and growth potential Clear path to team leadership and department expansion Important Note This role requires proven experience and a track record of results in e-commerce or digital sales.
