About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant, Operations, Finance & Communications . This is a dynamic, multi-functional role that supports executive leadership while playing a key part in daily operations, financial processes, customer experience, and brand communications. What You'll DoExecutive Support (Primary Focus) Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership Manage schedules, meetings, and priorities with precision Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Anticipate needs and help drive efficiency across the organization Finance Support (Backup Role) Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment tracking Provide backup support for payroll processing Help maintain accurate and organized financial records Operations & Customer Experience Support customer service efforts related to shipping and order fulfillment Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly Communications & Social Media Manage and respond to social media messages and inquiries Assist with content creation and maintaining brand voice across platforms Support engagement and communication with customers and followers Tradeshow & Sales Support Assist with tradeshow setup and display coordination Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows Engage with potential customers and support light sales efforts What We're Looking For Experience in an Executive Assistant or similar multi-functional role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Basic knowledge of accounting processes (AR, payroll support) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media and content creation is a plus A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Why Join Us Diverse, engaging role with real impact across the business Opportunity to work closely with leadership A collaborative, team-oriented environment Room to grow and expand your skill set
