Full-time Appliance Parts Associate / E-Commerce Specialist Job Duties & Responsibilities Disassemble appliances safely and efficiently to recover usable parts for online resale Inspect, test, clean, and identify appliance parts for quality and functionality Photograph appliance parts and create detailed online listings on eBay and other e-commerce platforms Write accurate product descriptions including part numbers, model compatibility, measurements, and condition details Research market pricing and competitor listings to maximize online sales and profitability Manage and maintain active online listings, including updating pricing, inventory quantities, and item details Monitor e-commerce platforms daily and respond to customer questions, offers, and messages promptly and professionally Process, package, and ship online orders accurately and within required timeframes Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure parts can be quickly located and fulfilled for online sales Label, sort, and track appliance parts and inventory accurately within the warehouse or parts department Process online returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming appliances and parts inventory Assist technicians and delivery staff with loading, unloading, deliveries, pickups, and appliance movement as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, dismantling area, shipping stations, and inventory storage areas Work closely with management to identify high-value appliance parts and improve online sales performance Follow company safety procedures while using tools, handling appliances, and operating equipment Support daily warehouse, inventory, and operational tasks to maintain efficient workflow Preferred Skills Strong experience or familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as eBay preferred Strong computer skills and ability to learn inventory and listing systems quickly Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify appliance parts and components Experience with shipping platforms, packaging, and inventory management preferred Ability to multitask and manage multiple online orders and listings efficiently Ability to safely lift and move appliances and appliance parts Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and time management skills

$34,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
