We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Full-Time Educator:
Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00PM Part-Time Educator:
Monday•Friday, 12:00 PM•6:00 PM Responsibilities (Applicable to both Part-Time and Full-Time unless specified): Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our rotating curriculum and promote all areas of development, in accordance with the Tennessee Early Learning Developmental Standards. Actively engage with children through play, guiding their learning and fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. We're not just watching•we're teaching through interaction! Help create and maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, learning, and incorporates elements of Montessori methods. Foster positive and supportive relationships with children, understanding their individual needs and interests. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with parents and colleagues. Assist with classroom management strategies to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Participate in maintaining a clean and organized classroom space. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications (Applicable to both Part-Time and Full-Time): Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience working with young children is highly desirable. CPR certification (training can be provided on-site). Completion of state-required training courses (opportunities for completion provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for learning, education, and working with young children. A positive attitude, patience, and a collaborative spirit.
