Earthworks Crew Member

Key Responsibilities:

Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation Assist with installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors (if experienced) Read and follow site plans and instructions from crew leaders Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or earthwork preferred Ability to operate or willingness to learn light to heavy equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred
