Job Overview Our sports coaches teach the fundamentals of sports, with a progression of skills, drills, and gameplay throughout the season or program. Ensure that all players understand they are safe, valued, supported, and connected to the team, regardless of any differences they may have. Give all players a

There is potential to stay on staff for the following season, depending on performance.
Schedule:
Hours available
  • Monday
  • Thursday 6:00 pm
  • 8:30 pm & Saturday
  • Sunday 9:00 am
  • 2:15 pm.
The number of participants in each sport determines the final schedule & staffing needs. Responsibilities Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants Supervise players during practices, games, and transitions Communicate clearly and professionally with players, parents/guardians, and staff Arrive on time and prepare for all scheduled activities
Who We're Looking For:
Be able to provide a fun and positive recreational sports experience encompassing a "Love of the Game" philosophy Have passion and/or experience in working with youth Organizational skills to effectively email and communicate with players, parents, co-workers, the Coordinator, and the Supervisor.
