Jiu-Jitsu Instructor Mindset Martial Arts & Fitness | Hayward, CA Mindset Martial Arts & Fitness is looking for a passionate and reliable Jiu-Jitsu Instructor to join our team in Hayward, CA. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys working with students of different ages and skill levels, and is committed to creating a positive, disciplined, and welcoming training environment. Responsibilities Teach engaging and structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes Work with kids, teens, and/or adult students depending on experience Demonstrate techniques clearly and provide helpful corrections Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful class environment Help students develop their technique, confidence, discipline, and consistency Support students in preparing for competitions when appropriate Maintain professionalism and represent Mindset Martial Arts positively Qualifications Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and strong technical knowledge Coaching or teaching experience preferred Comfortable working with children and adults Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to create a fun but disciplined learning environment BJJ rank and competition/coaching experience are a plus Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Approximately twice a week , with potential for additional classes based on experience, availability, and academy needs
Pay:
$35-$50 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications
