Must have 48 completed college units, an AA degree or have passed the NCLB Instructional Aide Proficiency Exam AND attach proof of having one of these 3 mentioned with application. One (1) year of experience working with children and/or youth in an after school program or similar setting preferred. Must have a valid CA Driver's License. Possession of or ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate within the first six (6) months of employment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
