• A valid Adult Education Teaching Credential in Health Science and Medical Technology OR • Three or more years of specialized job experience as an electrocardiogram technician or telemetry technician and one active certification required: Certified EKG Technician (CET) via NHA; National Certified EKG Technician (NCET) via NCCT; Certified Cardio Graphic Technician (CCT) via CCI. Active RN, LPN/LVN, Paramedic, or Physician Assistant license with strong cardiac care experience may substitute for technician-level certification.
