Job Description

Trinity United Methodist Church Tallahassee, Florida 32301 Full Time , On-Site Trinity United Methodist Church is a large, diverse, inclusive, and intergenerational downtown congregation. We are seeking a passionate, faith-driven leader to serve as our Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries. In this role, you will equip youth (grades 6-12) and young adults (ages 19-25) to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ, build authentic Christian community, and serve and share God's love with others. Reporting to the Senior Director of Christian Education, the Director plans and leads a comprehensive ministry encompassing Sunday School, UMYF, Confirmation, mission trips and retreats, young adult Bible study and fellowship, and outreach to grow both ministries, including evangelism and recruitment through local high schools, colleges, and universities.
