The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technology and the ability to effectively teach adult learners with varying levels of experience using innovative and engaging strategies. Courses are short-term and can be offered multiple times throughout a typical academic semester. This part-time role includes teaching daytime, evening, and weekend classes, either live online and/or in-person at Harper College Main Campus (Palatine) or Harper College Learning and Career Center (Prospect Heights). Whether a class will run depends on enrollment. Responsibilities Engage students in active learning experiences that promote skill development, critical thinking, and practical application. Promote the class through various channels and participate in recruitment activities within your network to broaden the reach of potential learners.
