This part-time, non-benefited position will be responsible for the following duties: General office and clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails/texts, and greeting students Provide admission and enrollment information to potential student Accurately enter, update and manage student and program data Assist with orientation sessions and proctoring assessments Assist with the planning and execution of departmental event Help connect students with internal and external resources that provide wrap-around support services Other duties as assigned Average hours per week will not exceed 27 and pay will be $18.00/hr. This position will provide support to staff, instructors, and students during daytime hours from 9am - 2pm Monday through Friday. Funding for this position has been secured through June 30, 2027.
