Full Job Description Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Secondary Teaching Certificate required Math major/minor required, secondary certification. Demonstrated interest/experience in working with adult students Technology proficiency Ability to foster an effective learning environment for multiple age levels Ability to implement multiple teaching methods, styles, and materials To work cooperatively with other teaching and support staff
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality instruction that supports and aligns to the State of Michigan and the district's educational vision and mission. Facilitate an environment that fosters the learning of all students. Utilize educational technology to support student's instruction and learning. Develop and deliver daily lesson plans utilizing a broad range of appropriate differentiated techniques and strategies to ensure learners meet or exceed learning targets. Analysis of real-time data pertaining to student learning. Responsible for tracking student progress and communicating to students and administration. Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with students, peers, and community. Follow policies and procedures outlined by the Supervisor. Other duties as assigned.
