Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Adult Education Morning Instructor specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) to empower adult learners in their language acquisition journey. This part-time paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead engaging morning classes, foster inclusive learning environments, and support diverse adult students in developing their English communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, instructional expertise, and a passion for adult education to help learners achieve their personal and professional goals. Duties Design and deliver interactive ESL lessons tailored to adult learners' language proficiency levels, incorporating various learning styles and instructional methods Adapt instructional approaches based on student progress Requirements Excellent communication skills, including writing skills for lesson planning, student feedback, and instructional documentation Fluent in the English Language Current Michigan teacher certificate
