The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role is essential in ensuring a fair and secure testing environment while providing excellent customer service to test-takers. Responsibilities Supervise students during standardized testing to ensure compliance with testing protocols. Educate students on testing procedures and guidelines prior to the examination. Monitor the testing environment for any irregularities or breaches of protocol. Provide assistance to students as needed, addressing questions or concerns during the test. Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during testing sessions. Communicate effectively with both students and staff to facilitate a smooth testing process. Organize and prepare the testing area, ensuring all necessary materials are available and in order. Perform administrative support tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience with standardized testing processes is preferred. Strong customer service skills to assist students effectively. Ability to educate and inform students about testing requirements clearly. Familiarity with classroom settings and adult education principles is a plus. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse groups of individuals. Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
