Non-Exempt This is a grant-funded position and is contingent on availability of funds. Position Purpose Performs data-entry into the Texas Educating Adults Management System (TEAMS). Generates and summarizes TEAMS data reports for Teacher and Administrator use.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Enters student and staff information into TEAMS timely and accurately. Retrieves and archives student information. Summarizes TEAMS data, and provides reports from TEAMS. Assists teachers and administrators with review and analysis of TEAMS related data for program improvement. Assists students and the public as necessary. Assists with office administrative tasks as needed. Personal Work Relationships All Fort Worth ISD employees must maintain a commitment to the District's mission, vision, and strategic goals. Other Duties as Assigned Performs all job-related duties as assigned and in accordance to the Board rules, policies and regulations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary. Knowledge of using MUNIS software in a school administration environment. Knowledge of records administration and maintenance techniques and procedures. Knowledge of Texas Workforce Commission grant requirements and deliverables. Skill in data entry with minimal errors. Skill at the intermediate level, working with Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Skill in performing mathematical calculations with accuracy. Skill in editing documents for correct grammar. Skill in actively looking for ways to help people. Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail. Skill in interpersonal relationships, including using tact, patience, and courtesy. Ability to understand, enter, and retrieve student data into TEAMS in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work with site staff to collect student data in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to aid site staff in retrieving, organizing, and storing student data as required in SOP. Ability to provide needed reporting based on student data. Ability to use software to access databases, email, create spreadsheets, and do word processing. Ability to organize and coordinate work. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written forms. Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work. Travel Requirements Travels to adult education locations and professional meetings as required.

Standard office and classroom equipment, including computer and peripherals.

Prolonged sitting; occasional stooping, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling, and twisting.

Frequent repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching.

Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds).
Environment:
Works in an office setting; may require occasional irregular and/or prolonged hours to include some nights and weekends.
Attendance:
Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position.

Maintains emotional control under stress; works with frequent interruptions; may require occasional irregular and/or prolonged hours to include some nights and weekends.
Minimum Required Qualifications Education:
Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.
Certification/License:
None.
Experience:
3 years' secretarial experience required; TEAMS data-entry experience preferred; Experience working in Adult Education preferred; Working knowledge of Texas Workforce Commission grant requirements and deliverables preferred.
