Job Description

Bloomfield Community Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Agricultural Education Teacher & FFA Advisor to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Teach middle and high school agricultural education courses.
  • Serve as the FFA Advisor, leading a successful chapter and supporting student leadership development.
  • Will Supervise the Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAEs).
  • Develop engaging, hands-on learning opportunities that prepare students for college, careers, and life.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, local businesses, and the community.
  • Coaching Positions may be available
Qualifications:
  • Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with appropriate Agriculture Education endorsement (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for agricultural education and student success.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with staff, students, and community partners. Why Bloomfield?
