BLS Required Responsibilities Serve as the Interim Director of Nursing. Lead and supervise the nursing team. Oversee clinical operations and resident care. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist with staffing and work the floor as needed to support patient care. Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams. Requirements Active RN License Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) experience preferred Previous Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Nursing Home, or Post Acute leadership experience BLS Certification Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills Why Apply?
