Department Sociology, Anthropology and Gerontology Sponsorship Information Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. Employee reports to the Department Head. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Per Course Faculty should possess a master's degree or the equivalent professional experience in a field determined acceptable by the Dean. Additional Qualifications A sample syllabus will be shared to facilitate course preparation. Missouri State uses the learning management system Brightspace D2L. Applicant will be required to use Brightspace D2L to post all course materials, assignments, and grades as well as to establish virtual office hours to meet with students as needed.
