Principles of Ecology.Course Description:
Discussion of major concepts in population, community, and evolutionary ecology including population growth and regulation, competition, predation, energetics, adaptations, and diversity.Minimum qualifications:
A master's degree or equivalent professional experience in Biological Sciences or related fields Per the California State University's Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California. Working in the State of California is a condition of employment.Preferred qualifications:
A doctorate or equivalent in Biological Sciences, and related fields Experience teaching similar courses in 4-year universities Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate intercultural competence and a commitment to serving our campus community as it relates to teaching and, as applicable, service. Salary commensurate with degree level and experience:Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
